Blog 4: Interview Preparation

1.  I plan on interviewing a Pharm Tech, or Pharmacy technician at my main mentors pharmacy. I am choosing him for this interview because he supports the pharmacist in pharmacological services by stocking, assembling and distributing medications. He is very familiar with all tasks that a pharmacist would normally do on a day to day basis, and actually participates in many of those tasks. He handles patient care and can inform them on their medication details like a pharmacist, and patient care is half of the job. 

2.Open-ended questions I can ask in addition to the 5 assigned questions are:

• Has there ever been anything throughout your years in the profession that has stayed consistent(not changed)? 
• What seemed most appealing about the job when you were first deciding you wanted to become involved?
